One Stop Doncaster Carr

There's a new young lad working there overcharging customers Monday I went in to buy 20 Chesterfield which are just under £10 and a box of mr killing cherry bakewells which were £1.28 if I remember correctly he said it was £17 odd I was like no that can't be right! I paid by card. My 14yr daughter went in today to buy her friend a birthday gift with the £5 I'd given her she got a lint bar and a bag of m&Ms she had taken a snickers bar but had to put it back as the young lad said it wasn't enough so without a receipt she got those 2 items and left with no change. I've messaged customer services but they said I'd have to in to speak with the manager well I'm ill in bed and have a little one so don't want to go out to sort this. I did call but the line was busy so in future I won't be having him serve me and will always ask for a receipt.

Nice small shop and friendly staff, good place to pick up little essentials if you don't want to travel to city centre

Much better now they have security! The shops so much better now...staff are happy and lovely the place feels safe..but please for the love of god fix the beer fridge ! its always warm 😟

Staff not helping at all make lots of mistakes and after u pointed out there was something wrong they will challenge you to provide prof and even if u do thwy will not be happy as result of it more likely they will make comments thay u bad person even if that make u save 2 or 5 £ on visiting as they charge u more they shut. I think this is pathetic as they make mistakes evryone dose but accept it and do something nice that part what people do not understand shame on this shop as could be different experiences but it is what it is. Just be aware if u come across with anything u will be the person to fill guilty about it even is not ur fold
