SHELL SPAR Bawtry Road

On Sunday 28th October 2025 at approximately 9:00pm I attended your Shell Spar Convenience Store located on 4 Bawtry Road Bessacarr Doncaster DN4 5NW. The reason for the visit as with many of the previous visits and potentially further visits to this particular store is that I am a professional business seller on the platforms eBay and Amazon along with many others. On this particular day I had a numerous amount of orders and parcels that needed to be shipped on time that day via the Evri delivery service. The shipping method is chosen via the platform of which an item or product is sold. To prevent customer complaints, negative feedback associated to late delivery or customer dissatisfaction with delivery related issues it is extremely important that items and products that are sold are dispatched in a timely and efficient manner also in accordance with platform of which they are sold. As soon as I entered the store and approached the store clerk I was immediately told and I quote “we are not accepting any more parcels today” I then questioned the reason for this as I have experienced this problem and situation along with other disappointed customers before. Over the past month or so it has almost become a local lottery to whether or not your parcel will be accepted as the staff have all the power to decide and dictate the outcome of my personal businesses. I can fully understand appreciate and respect that at times there are problems with IT software systems and time to time the computers may go down therefore out of service at anytime for a duration or period of time. However on this occasion this is not the case. As the staff was unable to justify and explain the reasons behind not accepting any more Evri parcel on that day. I was then advised to come back on the following day which I kindly declined that offer. I then asked to speak to a manager and the staff member advised me that there are no managers on shift today. The staff were clearly reluctant on doing their jobs. I then asked the staff member to take the parcels and if there are any problems or issues from the management team to then please contact me as all my personal information and details are listed on each and every single parcel. Not to mention that I visit this particular store on almost a daily basis. No one has been in contact with me regarding anything at all. I then visit the exact same and as always Spar Convenience Store on Bawtry Road Doncaster on Tuesday 30th October 2025 at approximately 9:45pm and I left at 10:45. So now to the reason of why I was and you may be wondering at the store for which may seem quite a long time or even a shift. As I entered the store I approached the store clerk and was told “we are not allowed to accept the parcels”. At this point bearing in mind that I have only just entered the store reached the desk and I have had this information/statement yelled at me. I had three parcels in my hand at that exact time which I placed on the counter. The staff member asked me to wait. Observing the situation the staff member was clearly trying to call someone on her mobile phone. I waited for approximately five minutes then from the corner of my eye and to my absolute horror and shock I noticed on the actual shop floor the seven parcels which I had handed to the store three days prior just out on the floor and left their with no care nor responsibility towards customers property and belongings. After further waiting the staff member took and scanned the three parcels which were on the actual desk. When I questioned the reason to why my seven customers orders and parcels were not taken by Evri the staff member stated that the managers in the Spar Store had said not to give my parcels to the Evri delivery driver and just to leave them there. I then tried to call your Spar Head Office department however due to the time you were closed. I then called the eBay customer services support department to seek help advice and guidance for this unfortunate situation and predicament I was experiencing.

Came to use the car wash, jade served me, you could tell she didn't want to be there, very miserable, did not say please or thank you. Very poor customer service. No manager around to complain to
