Good sized store, a store where you can really find everything we need in our lives and has a lot of fresh goods and bakery products. Has a decent car parking with plenty of spaces. Personally find it quite expensive but decent quality and the staff is very friendly and helpful 😊
Rude staff, accused of being with someone they suspected of shoplifting. Got treated like I was a thief. 3 members of staff surrounded me and asked to see in my bag and my pockets which I happily obliged. After purchasing my shopping staff was still unprofessional, continuing with the accusations refusing to accept they were on the wrong. After speaking with the store manager and understanding the store does have a problem with theft, he did apologise for the actions of the staff.

I have been shopping here for 6 years as it is just around the corner from my home. Yes it's convenient but the staff are the most ignorant and rude staff in any shop I have ever visited. Especially Sue, who today, as I was waiting for authorisation on alcohol at a self checkout till (she was stood right next to me) just stared at me and waited for another member of staff to assist me. This is not the first time she has been ignorant, she once shouted at me at a till she was working on because the 2 wkd blues didn't go through her till at £6.00 (on offer at the time) she totally showed herself up in front of the whole shop, whilst slagging off the rest of the staff for not answering her request over her headset for confirmation on the price of the wkd. She's rude and nasty.
in the store a terrible service towards customers. the staff is not worthy of any positive assessment, it was very unpleasant to face such hypocrisy and disrespect for the customer.
