Morrisons

Went in yesterday and the staff on the self checkout was so rude. I was trying to explain my issue to a woman because the till hadn't taken a discount off although my neurological conditions were making it difficult for me to explain effectively and she just walked away from me whilst I was speaking. I then spoke too another member of staff who made me wait 5-10 minutes whilst she spoke to other people before fixing my issue. I don't know what their problem with me was but you shouldn't be working in a public setting if you can't keep your bad moods to yourself and act professionally. I couldn't believe it! Will avoid shopping here in future.

Stood in self checkout over ten mins watching two staff members chat about their social lives whilst looking visibly at me and my red light. The first 5 mins I was the only person there and was completely ignored. The only way I could pay for my shopping was to move to a different checkout twice. Then several other customers joined. We all watched each other be blatantly ignored. I always say they need more staff on there as one person can't do everything in busy times with only one or two tills open. But this time I was the only person there, the customer service was just dreadful. Also if you order from this store on uber, every time most of your order will be missing. You can only get refunded once on uber for this store, and morrisons say its down to uber eats to refund. So, when your order picker decides they can't be bothered to pick your whole order, you can't even get your money back for it. The last time I made a £60 order and all I had to show for it was a box of cereal and butter and wasn't permitted my money back 😑 never again.

This is for the online shopping experience of the last 10 days. 1st order went as it should.2nd order was cancelled.No live chat! No working customer service number! New 2nd order had to be made! 3rd order was messed up due to Morrison trying to take the payment from the card of the 2nd order not the one used to make 3rd itself! They delivered it anyway somehow? We didn't know what was happening until too late because suddenly this morning all their emails went into my junk file! After 10 days of going in my normal inbox!! Another issue with this order! The substitute was higher in price than the item purchased! Also it had leaked allover our shopping we'd discovered on arrival! There isn't a choice to switch substitutes off in the settings to stop this from happening! After our experience's ,I've sent them negative feedback!Unlike Sainsbury's (who instantly refund items) Morrison are taking 2 days to consider one ! PLEASE AVOID MORRISON ONLINE SHOPPING,IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR SHOPPING OR RECEIVE IT WITHOUT ANY ISSUES? "Buck your ideas up Morrison!!!" Not great today Morrisons. There were several items we normally buy that were missing and despite the sign that says we "shouldn't have to queue when we shop with you" we all did. Only 1 check out open. We don't all prefer self check out and having done a large shop the self check outs are not big enough to cope! We don't mind waiting but only having one operator check out open is ridiculous!

Had a very pleasant experience today both me and my mum have mobility difficulties mine is spine surgery needed. Both had scooters and shopped so much easier when we came to taking them back and then having to carry our shopping the very nice guy who keeps us in trolleys appeared and took all my mums shopping and then came back for mine, such a pleasant guy chatty and whitty and just a pleasure to be served by him. He is truly a credit to Morrisons 5 stars form both of us thank you so much xx
