Only stayed for the one night. Room was lovely and clean except for the random coke bottle under the chair keeping it level.all the staff were really nice and polite. Breakfast was spot on and plenty of it. Would I stay again most definitely. Thanks for a very pleasant stay . It's a thumbs up from me. đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť
Reception staff are lovely. WiFi patchy at best, which made working and making teams calls difficult due to the connection frequently dropping. Room service didn’t bother to clean my room. Climate control within rooms doesn’t work making the rooms extremely hot even in the middle of winter. Beds are ok and breakfast was lovely
Great hotel the staff are so helpful. Breakfast was a good selection , plentiful and hot. Room’s were clean and comfortable . Free parking is a bonus. Would definitely return.
Great location and staff very helpful. Was very impressed by the a girl on reception very professional on the phone when been quized about someone saying at the hotel. She didn't give any information out (DV).
A pretty standard holiday inn express. Clean and tidy, polite staff. The TV in the rooms would be my only criticism. An upgrade to one with smart features (netflix) would be great.
