We had an unexpected emergency today and, after trying several organisations and vets with no luck, we didn’t know what else to do. Howell’s Vets were the only ones who actually tried to help us. William was genuinely kind and understanding. He did everything he could to get someone out to us quickly, and it made such a difference in a stressful situation. Two vets then travelled from quite a distance in horrible weather. They were gentle, calm, and really thoughtful about how upsetting the situation was for us. We couldn’t have asked for better care. A really exceptional team. We are very grateful.

Always look after our two dogs with such care. We have a German Shepherd that is very anxious around other dogs, they always let us use the back door so he doesn't come into contact with any other dogs when entering the premises. And give him the time and space he needs to feel comfortable, when he needed surgery- they let us stay with him in a nurse room whilst the pre op meds kicked in so he wasn't in kennels near other dogs. They really go above and beyond making sure our dogs and us as their parents feel comfortable and listened to. The only criticism I could have is we rarely see the same vet, and they don't really introduce themselves. But we are always so grateful for the care that is provided it's never caused an issue.
Personal service. Very kind vets. Not one of these corporate impersonal groups. Recommended if you live in North Yorkshire.
Very good service quick and friendly and helped me out every way they could and got my doggy back to normal in no time.. Highly recommended
