Good curation of clothes from cool brands. However, they use this app called "Shop" that you HAVE TO download in order to track your purchase. That's annoying. I don't want to be forced into downloading another app on my phone just to track my deliveries. There's simpler ways.

The Lee Demin jacket that I purchased from here was excellent. Still in new condition with the tags still on and made in Japan 🇯🇵. I saved half the recommended price new dispatched and arrived quickly, also well packaged. Highly recommended vendor.

It took them 4 years to make a payment for a lot of items sent to them to sell. The owner had the gall to suggest it was my fault for forgetting that they hadn’t paid me. The entire usp is built on being on it and being responsible for all aspects of the sale. The onus is not on the individual to chase them down for payments. When they were chased down the responses made it seem like I was annoying them……for a 4 year late payment. They say they’re going to do something, they don’t, you chase them and they get annoyed….?! No apologies either, just made it like they were doing me a favour. Lucky I had remembered or they’d have effectively stolen items off me and sold for a 100% profit. I’d seriously avoid these guys if you can for any aspect of their business and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re under in a year. Owner is the least professional person going. Told me all of his staff’s highly personal information as means of an excuse for failing to submit a 4 year overdue payment when he said he was going to and then being flippant with responses when stock had been unaccounted for. I’m sure they’d love to know their boss values their privacy as much as he values having more than 6 brain cells. AVOID.

I really wanted to like MARRKT. They carry an excellent selection of quality brands, and the overall concept is strong. But unfortunately, my experience has been marred by a series of issues. First, I received the wrong item, which had to be returned. Then the replacement was delayed and came with the exact same tracking number as the original shipment – confusing, to say the least. Most frustrating, however, was being charged customs and VAT twice, despite clear communication from MARRKT that this wouldn’t happen. I paid the amount, but I’ve had to chase up the promised refund ever since. To be fair, I may have been unlucky – but the overall customer experience has been far from smooth. I hope MARRKT improves their logistics and customer service, because the idea behind the platform deserves better execution

Very happy with ordering from MARRKT - bought an incredible wool jumper I'd otherwise not be able to afford. The description was as advertised, and the photos very clearly show the condition of items on the site. Customer service was also extremely friendly - thank-you!
