Perfect base for exploring the area. The caravan was very clean, the hot tub was a good choice and we appreciated the welcome pack. Close enough to York, Scarborough, , Eden Camp and Flamingoland to enjoy a full day out without lots of driving. Park and rides are conveniently located for the above towns and are cheaper than trying to park in the centres.

We stayed in Chalet 1 at the beginning of March for a long weekend with our dog. We had lovely friendly welcome in reception and was shown to our chalet. The chalet had everything we needed, mini fridge. Microwave, airfryer, kettle, and toaster. The bed was comfy, we had no problems sleeping. We had a walk around the site. Everyone we met was friendly. The site is a great base to visit nearby places, and the hot tub was a fab way to relax after a day of walking. I will definitely stay here again.

Woman in charge makes you feel uncomfortable if your not a season visitor. Its hard to book even before that. Wouldn't recommend. My partner booked and said never again!!!

Had a lovely 3 night in chalet 2 Very cosy as everything is in 1 room but very spacious. On a personal note, I'd have preferred a shower cubicle to a bath. I find with the hot tub ya just don't fancy a bath. To the owner, who I sadly never asked her name, I assume sam...? Was extremely helpful the first day we fancied checking the local pub the dawney arms.... it was starting to rain but the really kind owner happened to be walking to her car and said oh I can take you there... which I found really nice and was a lovely touch to the start so if you read this thanx again πŸ˜πŸ‘x Anyway I highly recommend experiencing a stay here. I watched touring caravans stay the night partying and having a gathering outside yet in our area even outside at the hot tub never realy heard a thing We look forward to visiting again Thank you Love davy and Gill xx ❀️
