Amazing place staff members are very friendly and helpful especially Jayne and Elle. Best place to get kitchen and other items

Poor customer service in the end, delivered wrong coloured replacements so returned as different colour, said no original complaint on file. 2 years after trying to get the problem resolved they’ve said that they don’t believe it’s a quality issue after visit in 2021 by Jordan who agreed it wasn’t right and sorted replacements (wrong colour so had to be returned).

I booked in a quote for between 8-30 and 9-00am at 9-30am I rang the office to enquire where the designer was only for the designer Lesley to answer the phone and say she had forgot about my appointment which I thought was not great however she said she would set off straight away so I waited for her to arrive from entering the door Lesley seemed to be dis interested in designing my new kitchen eventually we got through what we wanted and she asked me to send her a photo off the design we wanted so she read out her mobile number to me and I sent over the photo to her there and then and she left After she left I could not believe the service I had received and was very disappointed but waited for my design and quote I was promised within a couple of days After 4 days I received Text message to my phone asking “who is this” I replied with my name and address and got the reply back “ Ok. My phone will not let me open The pics! I’m on wats app though“ at this point I said “I’ll leave it I think” I then received a phone call from Lesley and she was quite frankly just rude when I eventually got a word in I pointed out she never even let me look at brochures she said you should have asked I had them in the car she then began to say she had quoted 3 customers jobs before for me and didn’t get one the difference was this was my own personal house not a customers To summarise I have requested that my account is moved from this particular branch to another after many years of purchasing from this branch I have been advised that I can’t do this so it looks like with much regret I will be having to close my Howdens account because of the poor service and frankly rude and obnoxious behaviour I have had from Lesley

I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic team your company has at the Rotherham branch (park gate)nothing is to much trouble for them even in these challenging times my partner and I have been everywhere to look for the kitchen we’ve always wanted until we visited Rotherham we were about to give in on our plans as the layout was very challenging, but your staff made it so easy for us, covering every detail it’s been amazing thank you in particular to the manager Jayne Winder so easy to talk to so helpful and professional you have surpassed all our expectations. A massive thank you I will be showing off our beautiful new kitchen to everyone and pointing them in your direction Jayne Winder from Miss L Holland

Counter staff very friendly!. We called in to look at some doors and handles that our joinery had suggested to us. The staff were very accommodating and got a door out for us to look at and also the handles.
