The most warm and welcoming staff, who genuinely care about helping and supporting you on your health and fitness journey. The perfect gym for everyone, from anxious newcomers to hardcore fitness fanatics.
Fantastic happy place to go train at your own pace with wonderful trainers who genuinely care about their clients. Classes are intense but enjoyable and mostly 30 minutes yet people burn so many calories. Love this place so much - give it a try. Also so cheap when you buy a card for multiple sessions
Amazing Gym!! The most lovely staff and clients. Great energy around the place, and fantastic for beginners & those already used to training. Would highly recommend, so welcoming
This place is so unique. Classes for all abilities and a good range of times across 7 days and excellent pt from experienced and empathetic trainers who really tailor to your goals and what practical for you to achieve. Can’t recommend highly enough! Thanks Unit 5
