What an absolute shocker of an experience using this store was and is, took various items in some of which were accepted and others. Today they rejected a perfectly working and pristine Amazon Fire TV cube because they could not get the remote to work, which was a brand new replacement remote from Amazon. Plugged it in reset the remote as per the Amazon process and hey presto one working perfectly Fire Cube. Basically if the store employees don't like the look of your item they make up some utter tripe so they can refuse it !!!! Photos of the fully working item are attached in this review !

You get what you pay, purchased an iPhone from these a several years ago. Payed £200 for a B grade iPhone SE and it worked fine and only had 90% battery at the time

It's a small unit in Crystal Peaks, but it has consoles, games, phones, dvd's, amiibo, controllers and more. They have cheaper prices, as their stock is usually brought in by people who have previously owned the items, but you can buy some stuff new.

Took 2 phones gave me a price ,waited 1 hour whent back then he said he graded it wrong so he knocked £30 off ,so didnt sell to them ,got home noticed a mark on the phone that wasnt there before i took it in,wont go again and now my phone has a graze on it ,thanks

Cheap shop. Does smell a bit sweaty and can be quite busy. We had to queue for a while so prepare to be patient
