This place is a joke when it comes to picking for orders. I ordered today on uber and received a completely different order. Ive had other instances where they say items are out of stock and someone I know has seen the same item in stock just a few minutes after they reported it out of stock. They really suck at any delivery's through delivery services like uber and deliveroo.

Uber eats delivery from the Morrisons, veg several days out of date and fruit mouldy. Customer service refusing to deal with it and fobbing me off to Uber, pickers can't tell the difference between 6 and 12 and think a sweetheart cabbage is a good sub for samphire. Using delivery services to offload rotten produce is vile.

Another Morrison store that has been revamped and modernised. The car park is quite large and I counted 15 disabled parking bays. 8 on the right side close to the entrance . A further 7 bays towards the left side rear of store also with a store entrance . Access to the store is flat and level throughout and no problems for wheelchair/pushchair . There are several mother and baby parking bays too . Inside the store has also been modernised with the now familiar market street look and lots of displays around the internal walls There is a manned customer service desk and kiosk. Most tills were in use when I was there along with several self service tills . Customer toilets are located behind the tills and it’s a generous area with ladies and gents wc a disabled wc which can accommodate a large wheelchair . There is a separate baby changer!! (Top marks for this!)

Put two Uber Eats orders on today. Waited 7 hours and still nothing. 20 + drivers waisted their time going to pick up my order that was never put together. I cancelled one order after 3 hours (Morrison's accepted this order) Waited for 2 hours and placed the order again (Morrison's accepted it) It's now 19.00 and no order again so I've had to cancel it again. I've waisted 7 hours of my time 20+ Uber drivers have waisted their time Twice had to contact Uber support which isn't the easiest of things... Poor show!!!!! Will not be ordering from Morrison's again and with this customer service there is no wonder they are closing stores!!
