I wish i could give them a higher rating but i cannot recommend them enough. I went in March 2024 initially for a consultation for laser hair removal and was recommended to have Electrolysis instead and i cannot tell you how much it has helped me. Its given me back my confidence and I'm super happy with the results. Staff are super friendly and make you feel at ease. Thank you Josie and team.

After over 5 years of suffering in silence with my skin, been on the NHS waiting list for over 2 years, I was at a very low upsetting point in my life where I didnt know what to do. Having horrific spot outburst, cracked bleeding areas on my face and lumps under my skin, I was truly miserable and in alot of pain. The NHS couldn't offer me anything apart from telling me to wear Spf and I was discharged. I reached out to this amazing company in 2025, where they saw me instantly after sending them my photo of my face. Dan welcomed me into their clean, friendly and professional clinic, I was petrified and very embarrassed but all my worries were put at ease. For the first time in years someone was actually listening to me, understanding me and actually wanted to help me. It was explained fully what I had....Rosacea.... And a plan was put in place for my care to help me. After my appointment, I got into my car and burst into tears...To be finally heard and someone cared that I was in pain, embarrassed and suffering. The treatment plan and customer service has been second to non, truly an amazing company, staff and a safe environment, 5☆. I am very happy with the progress in the clearer complexion of my face, and Dan has monitored each stage. I am so grateful I was recommended this clinic as it has changed my life and helped me feel normal again. Thank you Leanne

I had IPL laser with Dan for eyebrow tattoo removal and it was such a positive experience. It didn’t hurt at all and Dan was brilliant at explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. The clinic is lovely, the staff are so friendly – I’m really looking forward to the results! I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been going to Jo at MYSC for the last 7 or so years and I honestly wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. From my very first visit, when I was so nervous, she put me at ease with her kind and caring nature and continues to do so to this day. Her expertise and knowledge in this field is second to none and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. The clinic itself is always spotlessly clean and immaculate throughout, a testament to the wonderful team that work there. Highly recommended.
