Great range , staff are friendly and helpful especially Paul if there’s anything you need he’ll make sure he can source it . I buy all my golf equipment here. they have a great selection from all the top brands and are rarely beaten on price. I recently got fitted for new irons with Phil , The outcome wasn’t what I expected but after my first round with them today I can confirm Phil knows his stuff and Iv never hit the ball better . Spoke to someone late Saturday afternoon. I have a Ping G25 with a stiff shaft and need to change it for a regular shaft.i was tolled to come down and we can accommodate you so today the 31st of September so i arrived at 0918hrs and spoke to a member of staff whome went in the back room ,after 5 minutes he appeared and told me we don't have a shaft for that particular club ,I was not happy but got now response from the young man or any other suggestions as to we can get you a shaft I had just driven 16 miles to that location a 32 mile round trip I won't be going there again and I would recommend any other persons going to phone up like I did buy make sure they have what you want . ★☆☆☆☆ SCAMMED, LIED TO, AND OVERCHARGED – AVOID GARFORTH DRIVING RANGE I’m absolutely appalled by my recent experience at Garforth Driving Range and feel completely scammed. On 3/07/2025, I dropped off my 4 iron to be re-shafted. I spoke to a gentleman named Paul Gascoigne, who assured me he had a suitable shaft in stock and quoted me £40 for the job — with the promise that the club would be ready the same day. I agreed and told him I’d be back between 17:30–18:00. Later that afternoon, I received a voicemail from Paul around 15:54, saying the shaft hadn’t arrived yet, but he had ordered it and it would be ready the next day after 12pm. (I still have a transcript of this voicemail.) Due to scheduling, I couldn’t collect it on the 4th, so I went to pick it up on 8/07/2025 at 11:20. I paid the full £40, took the club home — only to discover I’d been completely misled. Upon close inspection, the shaft was not new at all — it was my original shaft, which I had previously marked. What had actually been done was a quick cut and re-glue job with a shaft extension shoved in the top. My grip had been removed and reinstalled over the extension, and the club is now longer than when I brought it in. Zero new shaft. Yet still, I was charged full price for a service I didn’t receive. I went in expecting professionalism and honesty. Instead, I was lied to, misled, overcharged, and treated with complete disregard. I’d heard decent things about this place, but now I’ll be warning others: do not trust them with your clubs. Absolutely disgraceful.

4/5/25. 3rd visit in as many weeks. No hard sell or pressure from staff on trying to force a sale. They provide a service you ask for which is good for someone returning to golf. Practiced today outside on grass bays. Felt a lot more responsive than playing off mats. Well laid out with plenty of space in each bay. Slightly confused why someone else would take up 2 bays by positioning there golf bag in 1 bay and playing out of another. This could be a problem when busier. Otherwise, another great visit practising. I will return again. Thanks. 27/4/25. 2nd visit, not overly busy today. Plenty of undercover bays to choose from. Another friendly welcome from staff. Smooth, swift purchase of100 practice balls. Well established and managed driving range. Definitely be returning. Thanks. 21/4/25. 1st visit to Garforth Driving Range. In fact, 1st visit to any driving range in 30 years as I've just picked up golf again. Decided on Garforth Golf Range based on reviews by other reviewers. I was not disappointed. Friendly staff on arrival, they explained the process of getting balls from dispensing machine. 100 balls for £8, great price. Outside practice area is well laid out, plenty of room in bays. Decided to stay under cover as weather was damp with slight rain at intervals. Plenty of targets and distance markers to aim at and gauge shot distances. Didn't take long to go through 100 balls. Nice golf products in shop at reasonable prices. No purchase this time but I'm sure something will tempt me next time. Thanks for making my 1st steps back into golf painless. I will definitely be returning soon. Great venue, 5 stars to all the staff I interacted with today 21/4/25
