It such a great environment to work out in, helpful staff, equipment clean , definitely helped with my joints as I have PSA, loosing inches slowly but keeps me motivated, half hour sessions go so quickly,

Always a great workout. The instructors are always on hand to help out and very understanding about any exercises you can't do. But give you something else to do instead. I always feel much better after every visit.

Super place. Friendly and helpful instructors and lots of friendly ladies to share a laugh with when doing the circuit. There is also a separate room where you can do five-minute blasts on arms or legs etc. or do a full workout.

What a fantastic place. Love the concept & staff always cheerful and positive. A must for any lady!!
