One of the best walks around Garforth. Easy to access with plenty of wildlife to see. Beautiful orchids and other flowers scattered within its grasslands, woodland full of early spring flowers, and a few ponds where you can see some local fauna. You won't be able to believe that it used to be an opencast mine until recently. You can also follow the Fly Line and trace the old railway that connected Garforth with Aberford as well, if you're into exploring the past.
