What a fantastic experience! The staff was very friendly & helpful. We would highly recommend it. Even the drive upto the cavern was very picturesque and serene. It was busy inside the cave but not overcrowded. We met the lovely cave lady, the kids loved her, she was quite friendly. James, the staff who helped us crack out geode was so information & friendly as well Overall a 10/10 experience, will return for other experiences as well.

Visited here yesterday as a couple and found it to be totally amazing. Upon arrival, we received a warm friendly welcome despite being slightly late for our timed tickets. We then did a 5 mile circular walk nearby which was fabulous and ended up at the café after which was also fabulous. Also, if you’re not aware, in January there’s 50% off tickets and all year round you can get an annual pass for just £25 which is amazing value if you live not too far away or visit the area. I therefore highly recommend a visit here.

A fantastic day out. Educational & fun. The cave woman is very informative when delivering her talk but so friendly when just walking around and chatting. We had such a good day plus the cafe is amazing the food was so so good. We will definitely be coming back here. Thank you for a fantastic day!!!!!

Really great place! The staff were great and exploring the caverns is self guided which feels unique! The timed entry slots mean you may see other people a few times in passing places but for the most part we had the place to ourselves. The UV torches are a great feature to enhance the experience. You can see the whole cavern in great detail in less than an hour so it's definitely worth a visit even in passing on route to somewhere.

Had an absolutely fantastic time at Stump Cross Caverns yesterday evening. The UV cave experience was incredible. The cave is great with the normal lighting, but even better in UV light... I am definitely going to do it again, and highly recommend it! This was followed by an interesting talk by Tom from the Craven Pothole Club, about the excavations on the new chamber. We also had the Yorkshire pudding wrap in the cafe, which was perfect on a grim, rainy day. Everyone was lovely, welcoming and informative. Many thanks, I can't wait to visit again!
