Fantastic experience at the Guiseley store. David and Sam were brilliant when helping my 12-year-old son choose his bed. They treated him like the customer, talked him through the options, and made the whole process feel grown-up and fun. He even mentioned how much he enjoyed it on the way home, which says it all. Great service, friendly team, and a store I keep coming back to. Highly recommend.

We went to Bensons as we felt they would be the best for our needs. We were dealt with by "Liv", and she was great!! She was very helpful and explained, in detail, what was available, and what would suit our needs. She was very knowledgeable and professional in the way she dealt with us, and if all your staff at Bensons are as good as her, you really are on a "winner". Olivia (Bensons for beds in guiseley) was so warm welcoming . She was amazing, she was helpful, understanding took our needs into consideration , she advised us to take a bed test to help us find the right mattress, to my astonishment , we were better on a medium mattress not a soft one. she showed us around and helped me and my partner test and choose a bed and design one that was perfect for both of us. Can't wait for my new bed, 😊 thank you so much Olivia, your a star .
