Great experience from entering the store. We visited a few days before Christmas and after looking around for a while we were asked by Joanne if there was anything she could help with, after we explained what we were looking for she showed us were to find mattress ratings etc. we decided which mattress, base and headboard we liked and Joanne said she would give us a ring when the discounts came in (which was boxing day) we went back to store to order and Joanne gave us delivery timescale options and we chose the best one for us. Our new bed was delivered on the 27th January by Paul and Ian, I was called in the timeslot given and they arrived promptly, they were great, putting sheets down to protect my carpet and put it where I asked. lovely delivery team and very courteous. So its 10/10 from a satisfied customer

I recently visited the Bensons for Beds store in Barnsley, near the Tesco, and had an outstanding experience thanks to Angie. From the moment we walked in, we were allowed to browse at our own pace, and Angie approached us after a little while, which felt really comfortable. She was incredibly professional and polite, never pushy at all. Instead, she provided us with a wealth of information about the beds and guided us in a very helpful way. She even introduced us to an air pressure bed so we could understand our preferences better. Throughout the whole process, Angie was patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in finding the best fit for us. She also made sure we knew about the deals and promotions without ever making us feel pressured. It was this trust and the valuable information she shared that convinced us to purchase a king-size mattress on the spot. Quality is amazing, it took a month to receive both mattress and bed but Im super happy with the result. I was kept up to date in terms of delivery; The team were also good when it came to assembling the bed. Overall happy with product and team. Will be purchasing from here again.
