I joined this gym when it opened and love the classes, there’s a good variety, the instructors are great, really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I find everything is always nice and clean including the changing rooms when I use them. I haven’t often used the other gym areas as I mainly do classes but it’s never been too busy at the times I go if I do want to go on any equipment or machines. The app works well for me booking classes and there are at home work outs on there too tailored to whatever your goals are so you can add into a workout programme. Its a great value gym, I initially wasn’t sure how much I’d go as I hadn’t been to a gym for years but I’m loving it and am so pleased I joined
I haven't been to a gym for a good 6 years and was quite nervous. I opted for a class first. Best decision I made. Im now on 2 classes a week as well as independent training via the app at the gym and sometimes at home. All the instructors are great. Always encouraging and friendly and I can highly recommend the classes.
Great little gym. Bit expensive and has all the equipment I need. I just wish it was a little bigger so that there were more of some of the machines. Otherwise, it’s a safe space to visit with easy access, always clean and I love the fact I can see when the gym is at it’s quietist.
Best thing I did, when I joined this gym. All instructors are friendly and make you feel really welcome. The classes are fantastic and all instructors are really motivating. Can't fault anything!
Well equipped and clean, although took them a while to fix the toilet in the men’s changing room. Class instructors need some guidance on how to use the tannoy system, more bass doesn’t mean better sound. I have noise cancelling headphones and can barely hear my music when classes are going on the ground floor. Changing rooms are often full of teenagers using the space as a personal hangout, vaping and being overall antisocial. Not great when you want to blow off steam after work.
