This gym is amazing. I love doing the Zumba and Burn sessions with the amazing personal trainers and they always turn hard work into fun times. They are incredibly supportive of your progress too ie. Teach you how to improve your fitness and stance. This gym has not only improved my confidence but have picked up alot of knowledge from the members/(pt’s)who have also been equally supportive. The gym can get quite hot from the workouts so be sure to take a water bottle, towels and rehydrate from the wide selection of drinks from the vending machine which can add to the energy levels. There are plenty of water fountains too located near the vending machine. You can donate your old clothes and other bits and bobs to BHF as there is a box near the entrance and also put in your reg plate for the parking space. There are a wide variety of classes to choose and enjoy at your convenience and machines so it never gets too busy. The gym is cleaned on a daily regular basis and there are plenty of sprays to sanitise the machines if needed but highly recommend. The toilets and changing rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend this gym for the excellent customer service it provides and I feel like I have hit the gym jackpot! So thank you legends. ❤️💪👏.
Love this gym and always will. However ive noticed A LOT of young kids/Teens (clearly not 17+ in age) in the gym and an influx of people wearing either jeans or other inappropriate training clothing, which is just getting tedious in my opinion. The young teens just tend to get in the way of people working out (interrupting mid set, etc) and hog machines/benches. Witht the people wearing inappropriate clothing, its more so an annoyance due to the fact ive seen a friend be warned over having the incorrect footwear on, but then I dont see anyone warning the people who are deliberately turning up a d training in inadequate attire( jeans, work & school uniforms, etc.) Apart from that tho, the gym is a great gym to use in the city centre and cant fault it
I been using pure gym for many years and I think this specific puregym is might be one of the worst than any other cross the country most of the should equipment are broken which can cause muscle injuries and result big law suit if someone want to sue puregym If your body is not balance how we can hit the right muscle I believe there should be a law suit against this puregym so employees should know what job they doing If you interested what else is broken then I’ll share more as I just came to this gym twice as far now
Belle here was very friendly and helpful on my first ever gym session which helped make it a better experience for me. Great range of equipment to use and other staff members were approachable and helpful. Thankyou!
This gym is a glasshouse. It’s absolutely boiling in there, you’ll sweat before working out. This gym lacks fresh air and regardless of the commercial use air machines which are limited in the space they cover. They’re turned off after a certain time, apparently for air quality reasons which doesn’t justify reducing the gym memberships charges per month to increase new joiners yet the air quality is disgustingly suffocating. If you’re someone with a respiratory condition or intending to do cardio. You’ll struggle to breathe, will not workout properly and will have to keep take multiple short breaks. The changing rooms are cooler than the actual gym. I’d describe the air as high humidity, after a while you can see and feel the condensation filled air settle on your skin. - Good equipment and a lot of people come there to work out and not linger - Machines are shared and everyone is nice and sociable. I’d recommend this gym to gym goers - Staff are friendly and helpful Other cons are as a lady I wouldn’t really recommend you to visit this gym without a man after 9pm there are very thirsty foreigners who don’t understand the purpose of a gym and use it to make moves or make women feel uncomfortable through their stares. When confronted they act innocent. However if you’re a woman without self respect neither pride then visit after 9 solo. Plus if you’re someone who doesn’t like the smell of BO which causes a sore throat. Regardless of showers being available I find certain persons don’t use the facilities. Their smell lingers for hours.
