The new Home Bargains, a store full of great items at fantastic prices. My go to store for toiletries, beauty products and a whole lot more. Always worth a visit

I walked down to the new street car park owned by Pennine Retail Park with my friend who parked here a couple of weeks ago ... She parked with her grandson early morning and paid for full day. A couple of day ago in post she received a fine " Parked in disabled spot "! The fine included pictures so we went to check it out .. yes at either side of space is a yellow area marking spaces wider but no marking on ground of a wheelchair of signs on wall, believed space could be used as driver with young child ! Please beware !

The B&M on site is small, but always good for a few bargain items. Unfortunately B&M shut the town centre side access door, so you've to walk around to the carpark side to get in. Sadly it appears to be a congregation place for local druggies, often groups of them outside. Very few shops here these days, there used to be a Kwik Save & an Argos, but they're long gone.. I suppose it's handy parking for the Piece Hall and West end of Town centre. A few reviews on here are for 2 different retail parks. 🤔 There's never been a homebargains or Pets at home. So idk why those reviews are posted here.

Not a good experience with the parking area. We went to the local supermarket and the on street charge was suspended. I unfortunately thought it applied to the car park too. Wrong. 60 pounds fine. So be very careful.

BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU PARK. HAVE PAID £5 TO PARK AND BEEN FINED £90. CAR PARK IS NOT CLEARLY SPLIT INTO TWO SECTIONS
