Ordered items from here for delivery via Just Eat. As to be expected some items were out of stock and have been refunded but: 1. They sent the wrong sized bottles of pop and charged for the larger size. So £6 for 2l of pop 2. They didnt send the Cookies I ordered or refund them so no idea whats happened there. 3. The only number findable for this place doesnt ring so you cant even contact the store to find out. Is there anyone instore who can actually read your receipts when picking orders as this is not the first time i have had this experience its just the time that I chose to let you know that you are failing miserably with this retail avenue. Furthermore what happened to scanning the items you pick to ensure its what the customer ordered not just whatever is on the shelf. 3 steps.... PICK, SCAN, PACK what is so mind boggling to you about this where you cant even match items to an order with all the technology you have. Looking forward to hearing your response on this inadequate service

Called in to print and arrange delivery of parcel for Evri. Young man was limited on knowledge of this service but was lovely and tried his best to assist. However, after i had paid £8.37 on my card the service said it could not print my label and contact Evri, i was given no receipt, tracking number, no proof i had actually paid anything! Manager was called but attitude was pretty atrocious and said nothing to do with them and couldn't supply any evri details, ie. Shop contract number. Why call yourself a parcel shop if you have limited information on how this service works. Went over the road and sent Royal mail for same price. Incidentally, as no receipt given, i have no parcel number to give evri so you cannot even connect to a human at customer services. Avoid..parcel shop

Absolutely amazing shop. Several workers here are so kind and polite. Went in today and it was quiet. Will definitely be recommending this store to all my friends and family. Love this store so much, will definitely be returning. Such a peaceful store and not very expensive or crowded. Always been clean as well. Well done One Stop, you have very happy customers

I’ve never been to a store where you aren’t even acknowledged by the staff , no one smiles, to say it’s owned by Tesco, it’s a million miles away from Tesco customer service! The staff must really hate serving customers and working in that shop! Shame I couldn’t have left less than one star.,

Good for quick shopping visits. Despite being owned by Tesco, prices are significantly higher than Tesco. They do have decent offers. Sells a small selection of a lot. Staff are indifferent but can be friendly once you get to know them. Has four parking spaces to front and another three to side on a slope. Slope entrance so wheelchair accessible.
