This one of your drivers ? Entered via a road closed (drove on the wrong side of the road to access) and through all the roadworks putting workers lives at risk and potentially tearing up the roadworks ?

Argos Greenmount, Halifax, today. Great parking, young man Kian helped me get order and barcode up on my phone(it's an age thing) processed my order, carried it out and placed in boot of car, ten out of ten for customer care. Thank you Kian 👍

I bought two ps4 Controllers online for collection from that Argos! When I bought them shows same day collection but I went to the shop and one of the controllers wasn't there! I asked for refund and the manager Sam refund me but didn't refund the insurance I paid extra! The staff in this Argos is so unprofessional, they have lack of knowledge on any level! I have been twice to ask for my refund and they said it's been refunded but I received a welcome email from the insurance company for something I don't have it! So disappointed from that service!
