An Incredible Team With Incredible Hearts – Thank You, Next! Tuesday, while shopping at Next for a Christmas jumper for my son, I suddenly became extremely unwell. I had been battling a severe flu for over a week, barely able to eat or sleep, and in the middle of the store I felt myself getting dizzy and numb (my hands, legs, face, even my mouth). I was close to losing consciousness, and it was one of the scariest moments of my life. One of the women from the Next team noticed immediately that something wasn’t right and gently asked if I was okay. Normally, I’m the type of person who tries to stay strong in public, but this time I knew I couldn’t pretend. I told her I wasn’t well, and from that moment on, the entire team surrounded me with genuine care and humanity. They didn’t hesitate for a second. They comforted me while we waited for the ambulance, reassured me when I felt scared and embarrassed, and one member of the team even held and massaged my hands the whole time so I wouldn’t panic. Their kindness made an overwhelming moment feel bearable. But what touched me even more was what happened after. The next day, the store manager called me personally to check if I was okay. And the following day, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the team. Their thoughtfulness went far beyond what anyone could expect from retail staff, they showed the kind of humanity that stays with you for life. Life is short, and when you meet people who care this much about a stranger, you realise how much kindness still exists in the world. I am so deeply grateful for everything they did for me. The people who work at Next are truly extraordinary, and if I could, I would keep them in my life forever. To the entire team at Next Halifax: thank you for being a reminder that the world is still full of goodness. Wishing you all a Christmas filled with warmth, joy, and the same kindness you so generously gave to me. Just trying to return something that I’d been given despite it having been cancelled and refunded on my account. Met with an incredibly snotty attitude by the staff. I’ll just keep the extra items you’ve erroneously given me next time shall I?!

Giving NEXT Halifax five stars as although it's fairly pricey the clothes are decent quality and, as a company, they do what they say they will - deliveries are consistently on time, collection is straight forward, returns are easy, the staff are competent and polite. Maureen, mentioned in other reviews, gave me some sound advice on an outfit for a funeral. Thanks Maureen!

i buy all my clothes from here - good quality at a decent price and helpful staff .i bought a pair of Next joggers from here 15 years ago and ( apart from the odd paint splash ) they are still as good as new- I always look forward to the next sale it's better than Christmas
