I took my son's bike for a service along with a creaking bottom bracket. I choose them based on the fact that our bike is a giant bike and the service cost the same as elsewhere. They carried out the service and fixed the creaking at no additional cost. Excellent customer service, very reasonable costs, very knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend using Halifax giant.
