Poundland

I don't know why they have staff tills at this store. Whenever you go one person is behind the till, chatting to a colleague. They just point at the self service tills and if you struggle they sigh and Huff and puff because they have to help you. Very poor service. Unhelpful and ignorant staff

Very kind and helpful staff and most of the stuff are cheaper than other stores.

i went in today with my mum so i could get a rubicon mango. there was a man stocking the fridge and his name was chris. i couldnt see any rubicons so he said he will go check in the back for me. there wasnt any but the gesture was appreciated. this man needs a raise🙂

It hurts me to write this and I'm in utter shock yesterday I walked in minding my own business to hear all 3 members of staff at the tills taking and laughing about being groomed as a child this is disgusting and under no circumstances funny iv tried to call the store today to make a complaint but they do not answer so today when I go to town I'll speak to the manger in person. Little note to the lady who found it funny it is not funny and never should you joke about things like that you don't know what people have been through
