|This summer, Harewood House in Leeds is set to become a lively hub of family fun and creativity with its exciting new programme running from 18 July to 6 September 2026. Inspired by the upcoming exhibition Cecil Beaton: Staging Icons, Harewood is introducing a fantastic outdoor experience called Curtains Up! Outdoor Play, designed to entertain children and families alike.
What to Expect at Harewood
The field south of Harewood House will be transformed into a vibrant outdoor play space, featuring a variety of tents, dressing-up areas, performance activities, and creative adventures. This engaging space is perfect for children of all ages, encouraging imaginative play and artistic expression.
