This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of finance but wants broader exposure to projects, systems and business transformation.</p> <p>You'll be responsible for helping onboard new clients and properties into the business, ensuring financial data is transferred accurately, reconciled correctly and ready for reporting.</p> <p>It's a role that combines accounting knowledge with problem solving, stakeholder communication and data integration.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Reconciling balance sheet data and investigating differences</li><li>Migrating financial information between systems</li><li>Supporting property and client mobilisations</li><li>Producing accurate financial information for internal teams</li><li>Working closely with stakeholders across finance and operations</li><li>Maintaining data integrity across multiple systems</li><li>Supporting budget uploads and financial set-up processes</li><li>Helping improve processes as the team continues to grow</li><li>Providing updates on project progress and resolving issues as they arise</li></ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Finance experience with a good understanding of balance sheets and reconciliations</li><li>Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables</li><li>A naturally investigative mindset</li><li>Someone who enjoys solving problems and working with data</li><li>Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Organised and able to manage several projects at once</li><li>ACCA/CIMA studies would be beneficial but are not essential</li></ul> <p><strong>Why consider this role?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hybrid working</li><li>Study support available</li><li>Growing team with future progression opportunities</li><li>Exposure to systems, projects and transformation work</li><li>Opportunity to develop management responsibility as the team expands</li><li>Varied workload with no two months looking exactly the same</li></ul> <p>This role would suit someone currently working as an Assistant Accountant, Finance Analyst, Reconciliation Accountant, Finance Officer or part-qualified Accountant who enjoys the technical side of finance and wants something more varied than a traditional month-end focused position.</p> <p>Click Apply Now </p>
