<strong>Management Accountant</strong> <p><strong>Harrogate | Office Based | £45,000 - £55,000</strong></p> <p>This is a broad Management Accountant role within a well-established manufacturing business based in Harrogate.</p> <p>Reporting into the Finance Director, you'll take ownership of the monthly management accounts whilst getting involved in forecasting, reporting, cash flow and operational finance across the business.</p> <p>It's a role that would suit someone who enjoys being close to the numbers but also wants exposure to the wider commercial side of finance.</p> <strong>What you'll be doing</strong> <ul> <li>Preparing monthly management accounts</li><li>Variance analysis and investigation of discrepancies</li><li>Weekly and monthly reporting</li><li>Cash flow forecasting</li><li>Balance sheet reconciliations</li><li>KPI reporting</li><li>Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>Managing an invoice factoring facility</li><li>Supporting year-end accounts and audit requirements</li><li>Working closely with operational teams across the business</li></ul> <strong>What they're looking for</strong> <ul> <li>Previous experience producing management accounts</li><li>Strong month-end and reporting experience</li><li>Good Excel skills</li><li>Manufacturing experience would be useful but isn't essential</li><li>A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved</li></ul> <strong>Why consider it?</strong> <ul> <li>Stable and profitable business</li><li>Broad role with genuine variety</li><li>Direct exposure to senior leadership</li><li>Opportunity to develop towards Financial Controller level</li><li>Long-term career opportunity within a growing business</li></ul> <p>Click apply now.</p>
