This is an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery of customer projects, coordinating activity between customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.<br /><br />This role would suit a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while delivering an outstanding customer experience.<br /><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities of the Service & Project Delivery Coordinator:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Coordinate the delivery of customer projects and services from initiation through to completion.</li><li>Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects remain on track.</li><li>Monitor project progress, proactively managing updates, risks and escalations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with project information.</li><li>Provide regular communication and progress updates to key stakeholders.</li><li>Produce reports and complete administrative tasks to support project delivery.</li><li>Ensure all work is completed within agreed service levels and internal processes.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul> <br /><strong>Experience Required:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Previous experience within a project coordination or service delivery role.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship building skills.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>A proactive and customer focused approach.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Competent using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.</li><li>Positive, professional and highly motivated.</li></ul> <br />In return, the successful Service & Project Delivery Coordinator will benefit from a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, excellent company benefits, ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive working environment and the opportunity to build a long term career within a growing business.
