I went in to specifically buy one item, picked it up and walked to the counter after 5mins 0 people approached to do the sale so I left. Would be 0 stars... For a time stamp this was at 1605 on 10 Oct 2025, check the camera that points to the till from above the changing rooms.

I've been having a lot of foot pain, and my podiatrist recommended wider shoes to wear with my orthotics. I bought some shoes here a few weeks ago and had a somewhat helpful sales lady. I went in today to try on a different size after trying them at home, and I had Louis as my sales person. What a difference! He is a lovely young man who really knows his shoes! He was juggling two other customers and managed to calmly and professionally help us all, not making me feel rushed at all. His advice was invaluable, and you could tell how much pride he takes in his job and his ability to help people. As a shopowner myself, I was thoroughly impressed and would advise Cotswold Outdoor to make sure Louis feels valued- he is outstanding.
