Needed help with a yodel parcel I was sending.. The young man in the store took care of everything. He was polite, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. It was a pleasure going into the store. I will make sure I take all my parcels there in future..

Everyone looks miserable and annoyed except 1 man, they dont follow the times it closes and opens. e.g it shuts at 5 but they shut at 4:30. Customer service isnt very good. They charge you more then the actual item you purchase is, but my main problem is they open late and shut early. Ive Gone loads of times and its shut when it isnt supposed to be.

Just had the worst customer service. Young man on the check out complained at me for paying cash. Made me feel very bad because he had to count his till again and it was my fault. He even gave a sarcastic laugh when I told him that I was sorry for shopping there. Sorry for the inconvenience. In fairness I'm sure you could have worked out the difference based on what I gave you against what you gave me back instead of angrily counting the till in front of me.

Didn’t give me a receipt for my parcel, ended up never getting a refund. Woman called Amy absolutely useless
