The Range, Harrogate

Well stocked, but very hard to walk around upstairs. Stock and stock trolleys left everywhere blocking walk ways. And very poor returns policy. Only 14 days and now 7 days at Xmas. No exceptions and not even vouchers or exchange offered.

Great place to shop. Only let down is you cant go to the 1st floor if you cant use stairs. There is a tiny lift that is so slow. When it eventually arrives you cant get a trolly in so no good if you have mobility issues or are physically not able to carry shopping. It will fit a wheelchair or walking frame though. Shame as you can see all the many shelves on that floor. My husband and I had to shout to each other while he showed me items over the balcony. Gave up in the end

Went into the range today to exchange an item, i was exchanging for a higher priced item meaning a difference was going to the store. The manager stewart refused this action and told us there was nothing we could do about it! His customer service skills is something to be desired and has no people skills what so ever, went to the bot online and emma the person i ended up talking to was no use what so ever, she sent 1 message basically saying i had to order online and then stopped conversation. The store is dirty and needs alot of attention, no wonder the store is quiet when you are greated with dirty floors dusty and broken stock, some rude staff and managememt that dont give a hoot with regards to customer satisfaction. Will certainly not be using this store again. The range should be ashamed of themselves for the conduct and service they deliver. Avoid this place

Went into the harrogate store today hoping for it to be like the others but unfortunately it just looks like it's been thrown together. Very few staff about on the shop floor, the till area is awful as you can't get past if you haven't bought anything without pushing past. Should have had some money put into it and revamped instead of just switching straight from homebase. I love the range but won't be returning to this one.

I spend ages in here. I feel sorry for the people on the checkouts , they aren't allowed seats at their checkouts . it can't be good for there legs and will eventually cause back problems . I hope if this happens they bring a law suit against the company. it's so wrong .
