Howdens - Knaresborough

We visited this showroom yesterday and had first class service. Francis, the deputy manager, was extremely helpful. She had an excellent knowledge of the products and readily answered all our questions. She also made suggestions as to how we can find a suitable carpenter to install bedroom cupboards. We were impressed by the standard of cupboards on display.

Very happy with the service and quality of a utility room we have recently had fitted. It was designed by Julie and she was always very helpful, as were the other staff when I came in on different occasions to source products and make decisions. Thanks very much.

Glad that customer service is alive and well. Julie their kitchen designer is so helpful and also Stephen the manager. Magnet could learn from them.

Went to look at a special style of door. They didn’t have it in stock but looked up the other local howdens that had stock for me to check.

Terrible customer service. The guy who answered the phone was very blunt. 0/10 for customer service.
