Hotel du Vin Harrogate

I recently stayed at the Hotel du Vin while travelling for work, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The room was generously sized, beautifully presented, and impeccably clean. Breakfast was of a very high standard, with excellent quality and variety. What truly distinguished my stay, however, was the outstanding service provided by Adrian. His warm manner and willingness to assist made every request feel effortless. I would highly recommend the Hotel du Vin to anyone seeking a refined and comfortable stay in Harrogate.

This a restaurant review from 8 guests ! Had an overall lovely afternoon but not because of the food or service which was extremely disappointing Sunday lunch was underwhelming especially the 3 side orders rock hard potatoes green beans and chantily carrots with the black bits on the tops 😩no or very little service from the staff had to ask 5 or more times for a compliments ie gravy mustard horseradish etc , ! Don’t get me started on the drinks 🍷 omg baring in mind we were drinking extremely high end wine as it was a special occasion you would think at over £100+ a bottle they would bring you clean glasses and I shouldn’t of had to ask for 2 more bottles not one single member of staff asked if all was okay 👌 this is the bare minimum of service would I expect maybe there’s a 20percent chance on us returning but there are far better restaurants in Harrogate to have lunch sorry hotel du vin you failed

Had a wonderful stay, in a fantastic Room. I must convey special thanks to the reception staff (sorry I didn't get the name of the gentleman) I bought some gift vouchers when I checked out, in excess of £400. Unfortunately for me, I misplaced the vouchers I returned to the hotel to explain my dilemma 🙃, and the situation was rectified quickly and without question. Amazing service, exemplary staff, beautiful rooms. Thanks again! 🙏

Hotel Du Vin is in a perfect spot for exploring Harrogate. Overall, it's a nice hotel and the service was friendly and polite although a little slow in the dining room at breakfast. I was disappointed in the room - it was perfectly clean and comfortable but for a Deluxe room, the decor didn't feel deluxe to me. It was very plain and I'd go as far as to say bland. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows weren't great. But, we had a great stay and loved exploring the local area. Yorkshire is really beautiful.

Stayed here in a suite on our honeymoon and we were blown away with the class, service and elegance of this hotel, which is also in a great location with ideal payable parking right outside the front door. The room was huge with a big balcony overlooking the back of the hotel with complimentary champagne in our package. The bar it a true cocktail bar which looks the part and the staff to match. The breakfast Buffett is also amazing with fresh produce and amazing service. My only complaint is that there are crisps, nuts, and chocolate next to the coffee machine which look like they are free but there is not label telling you that they are chargeable unless you look in the mini bar Menu which we didn’t but the hotel agreed with us on checkout and took them of the bill, keep up the good work
