I bought couple of food items. Rest of the items were fine but I had huge issue with the item called Spicy BBQ Chicken Bites. As it was not cooked properly and totally undercooked. I already ate about 2 pieces of it and I felt that chewiness. And when I tried 3rd one and I noticed the raw area with blood inside the chicken. I totally got disappointed with it and I immediately complained very politely to one of the staff member. However I got more disappointment after hearing this response: 'All pieces of chicken were cooked in the same temperature and there might be one or two pieces can be raw'. And I found this answer very unprofessional and unacceptable. However, then without further reacting, I set on my place and completed my rest of the meal. I didn't even get a refund or exchange. One thing that I am still bit angry about is that they didn't even accept their mistake. There is a huge management issue regarding standards and lack of concern behind customers health and safety in this store. I hope Greggs team will take this issue seriously and take appropriate measures to control the inconsistency regarding food and health safety.

Staff behave highly unprofessionally charging my friend 15 pounds for one meal due to staff not being trained on how to properly use the till, the older lady who thought herself the manager did not care to conduct herself in a manner she should be held too in a place of service (as a service worker myself) shouting infront of the entire chain someone’s financial business when a co worker is stood right beside you making the rest of your customers uncomfortable and what seemed to be your colleague i’d say to reflect on whether you love the job that much to do that then you���d want to act professionally or maybe you don’t love the job and just think that behaviours acceptable

Whenever I come here- the mature cheddar cheese sandwich is always out of stock- it can be from delivery or them not even having the ingredients for it- however they ensure the Ham & Bacon sandwiches are regularly stocked up.

Tried to order food (online) from here, an hour and 10 mins later it said they still hadn't confirmed the order and it said we'd be waiting another 50 mins for it. Cancelled it and ordered from somewhere else! Waste of time.

This Greggs has gone downhill in the last couple of months, many of the newer staff (in particular the male staff members that are usually there around lunch time) are extremely rude. One of them barely acknowledges that you are a human, not saying a single word for the whole interaction and one of them is extremely brash and makes you feel like an inconvenience for being there. The seating area is never clean either, we always have to wipe crumbs off tables and avoid all sorts of stuff on the floors when we sit down.
