Asda Kirkstall Supermarket

Customer service switches between very helpful to rude and obnoxious This store is quite near to me which is a bonus so handy for the basics as a relatively small store but my issue is is with the staff. They are either great or absolutely awful, two of the women in particular come across as rude and has happened on more than one occasion. Its odd to me how you can get such a cross section as those that are helpful after great. The two larger ladies are an embarrassment to that store and the Asda group as a whole and would recommend some extra training with them working in a customer facing role, to the others thanks again

Had a disappointing experience at this Asda. A white wine was labelled £9.97, but it turned out to be in the wrong place. When we asked for assistance, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and simply told us to cancel the purchase and leave, offering no help at all. The attitude was shocking, and as we walked out, other staff were looking and smiling. Very unprofessional service — will be avoiding this store in the future.

About their "Bakery": Croissants and other freshly baked pastries are very often not baked properly or enough (soft and chewy raw dough). The shelf is mostly empty until late in the morning, and you pay full price for stale pastries "baked" the day before.. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is one of the most affordable supermarket I got rice for 52p per kg, Goan curry mix for £1. Very good option for Indian groceries

I use to work for the Asda from school. A very established company. I return wrong size Amazon goods, no problems !
