Swear that the people who work here are some of the most miserable and rude people in all of Leeds. I live close to this Spar and with it being open 24 hours I often find myself going there purely out of convenience and not of any desire to actually come here. Main problem with this place is the service, it's seriously so bad. I have never gotten any form of basic politeness from the staff and when you work in a public place and have to interact with customers, you should at least try to be polite with them. I have to deal with customers at my own job and a bit of politeness really does go a long way. One woman who works here I've seen a lot of times being very aggressive and short tempered for no good reason. Seems like you have to be socially inept to work in this place or something. Besides the bad service there's also other problems. On numerous occasions I have been charged the original price of an item that was meant to be discounted. I've also been given the wrong amount of change on a number of times. A lot of the items are unreasonably overpriced and a lot of the food often goes out of date within one or two days (especially the bread). I understand it's a petrol station first and foremost but the standards of the stock inside of the store really need sorting out. The Subway inside is good though and the staff that work on there are nice and friendly unlike the staff who run the tills. Sort this place out guys.

Apathetic female staff member was too lazy/dense to correct pricing mistake even when the offer was clearly shown on the shelf, I put the items back and left. There are other petrol stations and convenience stores close by that offer better value so don’t waste your time with poor customer service and incompetent staff.

I asked for a carrier bag and the guy looked at me weird and said "you can carry that yourself". Really rude people that work there.
