Only go to get their multi buy offers. Never too busy and there are plenty of options. Only possible gripe would be an occasional lack of staff at the tills. Parking not too bad but always busy car park

Good value for money..loads of branded things in store as well as there own branded goods..it's better now they offer self service

The food warehouse by ICELAND in Kirkstall bridge retail park is now open . This is not the old Iceland on Kirkstall road . A large warehouse indeed ,with good parking and good access . It’s got wide aisles and plenty of room to move around

I usually like shopping here because there’s plenty of stock and the staff are helpful. Today wasn’t great though I expect cleanliness where food is concerned and when I told the checkout girl with the blue hair that the belt was dirty she just said “ok”, despite me leaving a gap between my shopping where the mysterious wet patch was, she didn’t take the initiative to clean it up. How disgusting! It could have been anything such as a raw meat pack leaking but she didn’t seem bothered - very unhygienic won’t be shopping there if basic standards are this low. Ew.

Appalling service for my online delivery. No communication, order was late. When I rang customer service to find out where my delivery was, the staff at the store told me they were in a conference and ring back later. Shocking customer service, this will be my only time shopping here.
