First time to Hebden Bridge stores after moving here and this shop is vile. It stinks to high heaven. Not sure what is decomposing somewhere but obviously not being cleaned well enough. Went to pay and asked for a carrier bag. I was struggling to get my payment sorted and she just stood there. Couldn’t even be bothered to put two bottles of coke in a bag. What happened to customer service. Great way to never get customers back. As a new resident of Hebden Bridge. I will never ever use you again or recommend you to anyone.

Uncomfortable experience. Popped in to grab some snacks and the older woman on the till wouldn't even look at or speak to me or my brother?? Not sure if it was because we're clearly not locals or she was just having a bad day or something... Left us both feeling super awkward.
