The Trades Club is a tremendous place in the most lovely town of Hebden Bridge. Firstly, eat there before the gig - there's Indonesian food available in the bar, so arrive a couple of hours before the gig and order something from the menu (cash preferred), as the food is absolutely fantastic. Make sure you get into Hebden Bridge in the afternoon, we visited a seriously good brewery that's 2 mins walk from the train station called Vocation. The town itself is charming and has lots of nice shops. We visited on a Saturday, where a lively market was also scattered around the town. As for The Trades Club, it's a wonderful venue. Great people running it, a really good sound system, and a respectful crowd. It's on the small side, so even people who arrive late and are stood near the back get a decent view of the act. We'll definitely be returning!

Great night to see the Chameleons (in 2025). I'd never been to the Trades club before but was struck initially by the friendly atmosphere and reasonably priced drink. Had an amazing night of music and good vibes 😌 awesome 👌 highly recommend

The Trades is a throwback to the beloved place of my youth. Not a posh pub and eating house. It's a proper nice place full of real people and some great guys in the kitchen serving great Asian food. And it has a great concert room that hosts some great acts. And that's a good thing in today's overly corporate world.

Building is run down but it adds to the charm. So few intimate gig venues left this is a little gem. Could do with more staff on the bar as long wait for drinks but the staff that were on were all working really hard.

Always wonderful at the Trades. Moonchild Sanelly & Shanika Sunrise were awesome, very queer, very sweaty show! Managed to stumble on the last train home, making new friends
