Absolutely terrible experience at Greggs today. I ordered a coffee and two vegetable bakes, but when I went to pay, they said the card machine wasn’t working. I told them I always pay by tapping my card, but instead of helping, the staff were rude and dismissive. No apology, no respect, nothing. Their attitude was shocking and unprofessional. I’ll never visit Greggs again after this. If I could, I would give them zero stars.
It's a great Gregg's! Staff are quick and friendly, and I've never had a problem with the food. There's parking to the front of the shop, too, so you can park right outside! Bear in mind it's only a small town Gregg's so there isn't a hot counter display cabinet with chicken goujons and soup...
Struggle to find parking as it’s in the centre but if you’re on foot it’s cheap and cheerful
Always coughing right on the drinks. Like everytime i go. And they nevernlet the machine finish pouring. They just pull it away and its still dripping. I cant believe she stright coughed right into.my cup. Wth.
Always nice 👌 deal breakfast 😋 less than 4quid in my hand in minutes and bacon 🥓 sandwich with a hot drink ☕️ of my choice very nicely done!
