Used this place for years, great set of staff, friendly and helpful and always a laugh too, cant thank them enough for helping me over the years, supplying me with all manner of ironmongery, timber and fencing for all the jobs i do. Recently just supplied all the timber for a 5 tier deck + hut i built for a local school. 5 stars all day long. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you :) Lee @ Grasslands Ltd

Absolutely fantastic service from Burstwick Country Store! Brendan was really helpful and helped us work out how much wood was needed for our project. It was delivered in a timely manner with a super helpful driver that helped shift the wood to where it needed to be and the price was very competitive and cheaper than other local timber yards. We are chuffed to bits with the service we received on what was for us, a big project! Thanks very much, we will be back next time I have a project in mind!

I’ve just stared making garden improvements. The staff here have been amazing! All I had was a rough diagram and sizes for decking and a pergola and they priced up everything I needed, excellent value, and it was all delivered as promised. Popped in again today for another small job and they had everything I needed. Super helpful.

It's changed so much over the years from being a farm supplies to now a country store. It's generally not bad with a good price on dog food found today. Dissapointed to not see any weedkiller unless I've gone blind.

Bought 10 lengths of fence railing, asked for straight ones to be delivered and came ok but after 2/3weeks the wood just bowed and twisted like a corkscrew. Only one piece was usable. Would not answer emails so bought better quality from Wickes.
