The Helmsley Garage

Great garage, had a problem miles from home and they were happy to have a look for me, as I dropped in. Great service thank you for getting me safely back on the road.

I took my Royal Enfield Interceptor here for a twelve month service. Chris really went to town and serviced and checked over the complete bike. Adjusted the tappets and checked the tension of the spokes. I was very impressed with the service plus there were no finger prints or oil marks on the frame and chrome tank which has to be removed to check the tappets. Very happy to know there is someone local the understands and respects motorcycles. Really nice people to deal with.

Karl was fantastic, really helpful when I broke down even gave me a courtesy car while fixing my clutch.

I have used helmsley garage since Darren and his team took over , always extremely helpful and efficient, fits car in quickly when needed, sorts problems asap and very reasonable quotes, always well explained and quick repairs! When needing a new (used) car, after practically losing the will to live looking for a suitable replacement, Darren spent a lot of time sourcing what I wanted, taxed, mot, serviced, valeted like new, plenty of petrol in it, sorted all paperwork, so literally had to just pick up and drive off! Moved back to the area recently & started looking for a good garage service for our 2 cars. Went to Helmsley garage following neighbour recommendation & I was certainly not disappointed. Excellent, efficient, friendly service. Knowledgeable staff. I have no hesitation in recommended further.
