Wow what an incredible shopping experience at Fairfax and Favor Helmsley store. Fran looked after me so well with a glass of fizz on arrival and supported me with trying coats and different boots to find the perfect size and fit for me. I am now the proud owner of the very beautiful Victoria coat and a pair of stunning Mahogany boots. Thank you so much Fran.. I’m already planning my next visit 🤩

Absolutely loved my experience in the shop. we booked a private appointment for my birthday. All the team were lovely and so welcoming. The added bonus was the little card, gift bag and glass of fizz. So thoughtful 🙂. Thank you for everything and I’m sure we’ll be back again. Jo x

Fabulous first ever F&F trip to the Helmsley store today for my private birthday appointment today. Anna was fabulous in letting me try things on numerous times before lying me settle on the sienna cape and amira boots. Everyone was so lovely and helpful and friendly and they loved my Maggie dog. I also got a lovely birthday glass of bubbly card and gift from F&F. Can’t wait to visit again next birthday!

Where can I start? This shop absolutely made my birthday!! I booked an appointment to try on some boots. The staff were so friendly and they got me a present and a balloon and a glass of fizz! You don’t mind spending a bit of money if this is the service you get! I got my Regina’s and got to try out the calf sizes! 🤎🌲 Well done team. Will be coming back again next year!!

My husband took me to Fairfax & Favor Helmsley for a private shopping appointment as a treat on our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The girls were so friendly and helpful, they made us and both of our dogs very welcome. We had asked them to get in a couple of handbags in particular and these were waiting for me to try. I couldn’t make my mind up so I was treated to 2 bags! Glasses of fizz on arrival. No pressure to purchase, no feeling rushed. An absolute joy and I can’t wait to go again. Thank you!
