Well what a great experience a necklace in the window caught our eye but sadly just after closing on Saturday and we were leaving Sunday morning Not a problem for these lovrly people An exchange if e mails revealed the price and sorted the process A quick Phonecall on Tuesday when the shop was open to hand over card details and it was duly posted and arrived as a great surprise for my lovely wife on Thursday morning and beautifully packaged and wrapped too She was delighted with the necklace and the surprise and I was thrilled with the help and the fab service Fantastic must go back and meet these people in person sometime

I visited this lovely shop fairly close to them closing for the evening. I needed a different chain for my wedding anniversary present from the wife. The very nice lady helped me chose the right one and made suggestions as to what would be best. The whole visit was friendly and relaxing, I can totally recommend them to anyone looking for jewellery etc, they certainly helped to make our wedding anniversary special. Thanks to the staff there once again.

Called at this jewellery shop in desperation as I needed batteries for my disabled sons hearing aid. The gentleman very kindly gave me 3 batteries and refused payment. What wonderful customer service. Thank you.
