We had a really fabulous stay. Fox Cottage is characterful and comfy, with high spec decor and fittings. The back terrace gets sun almost all day with a view across the terracotta-tiled roofs to the church. Helmsley itself is lovely, and there are so many interesting places in the surrounding area. Great walks too. We’ve already booked to stay again in November.
Beautiful cottage, authentic and wonderfully kept. Lovely spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need. Log fire is amazing and love the outdoor at the back. Despite not really using it due to the time of year
A fab find in Helmsley beautiful cottage well equipped with everything you need and a short stroll into town Nice shops and pubs and take aways too Indian was lovely ! Dogs loved the place . Nice and quiet and the bell ringing was a delight. I felt like I was on the set of midsommer murders. Unfortunately had to leave a little early due to work commitments but would love to go back. Thanks Ben for providing such a lovely place to stay
Great little cottage with everything you need for a self catering cottage. Situated in a lovely little village with shops restaurant's pubs etc. Everything things is close to even two heritage sites. Great walks on the moors for the dogs. A fantastic holiday for all. Thanks Ben.
