I would fully recommend staying at The Partridge. The apartment is beautifully decorated, well equipped and perfectly positioned in the market town. Plenty of dining options and the most stunning walks starting from the doorstep.
We recently stayed at the old bank with 9 adults and two dogs to celebrate new year 2025! They are 2 absolutely fabulous high quality apartments with great attention to every bit of detail. Both apartments are beautiful and I really could not fault them. It worked so well for our family too as the slightly younger folk stayed in one apartment and us ‘older’ members of the family stayed in the other. Helmsley is a gorgeous location too, the square looked stunning when we arrived with a central Christmas tree and full of fairy lights. There were lovely shops, great places to eat and drink and some fabulous places for walks and exploring, particularly good for dog walks. Couldn’t fault our holiday and I’d definitely recommend it.
Stayed 3 times at The Old Bank, wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else when visiting the area. So lovely, so convenient, such a high standard. Jill is the perfect host!
Both apartments are furnished and finished to an exceptionally high standard. They are well placed in Helmsley's market square and perfect in every way. Would highly recommend.
We stayed at the partridge for 5 days over the Christmas Period, if I was only given 2 words to describe our stay they would be Absolutely Fabulous. Everything was top notch. We are looking forward to returning and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to anyone. Sally x
