Used to be my favourite store, but far from it now. At a till a few months ago, I had items that would not scan in one flavour, the supervisor was next to us talking to her neighbour about poor internet connections, ( anyone within several metres had no choice but to hear the conversation ) the man on the till politely advised her of the problem, she snapped back, cant have it then, he then advised her I had several, her reply was if it doesn't scan he cant have it, the man on the till just apologised to me. And she was straight back to the conversation about her Internet, a extremely poor example of management. And that seems to still be the case, I don't visit as often now, but do drop in to get a particular cereal, the boxes are almost always damaged, because the box is too big for the shelves, its always a mess in that area , see photos from today, similar to my last visit about 10 days ago, on that occasion the boxes were too damaged to buy at that time, and the same boxes and food items are still on the floor under the bottom shelf.

Can get most requirements here at fair prices. Using the More app unlocks some great offers, well worth it. A better shopping experience at off peak times as the tills get very busy.

Don’t order from here of just eat! £30 order and have got a 10ers worth of food in the bag and half of it I did t order? How thick have you got to be to not be able to pack a bag, oh! But you remember the liver for the dogs 🤣🤣. Could off refunded me LOL

Stopped in Anlaby store Friday 1st November, 19.00hrs, guess what shelves empty especially fresh, shop was a total mess, no one tidying just empty boxes and milk spills again, such a shame this could be a fantastic store and convenient. Morrisons should be ashamed of stores like this. Kevin Puryer

Abit scruffy around the edges, shelves need tidying properly and customer service need a lesson or two in "Customer Service" The food products are fine its just the staffing let it down in places.
